We fabricate precision waveguides, tubes that confine and guide propagating electromagnetic waves, normally consisting of hollow metallic conductors. Our techniques enable us to electroform waveguides that are rectangular, elliptical, or circular in cross section and may contain solid or gaseous dielectric materials. Our electroforming engineers have the skill to add a coating, coldshield, IR shield, or plating to a waveguide.

Other microwave components we provide and perform electroforming services on include: WG transitions, transducers, filters, polarizers, horns, antenna feeds and flight qualified hardware for satellite applications.
