Solution Monitoring
Our Process Quality Control Laboratory closely monitors all electroforming solutions daily utilizing the latest electroanalytical techniques such as atomic absorption spectroscopy. Metallurgical samples are prepared to verify the integrity of the deposited metal maintaining control of such parameters as internal stress, grain structure, tensile strength, ductility, hardness, and metal purity, typically 99.98%. We also maintain complete traceability of all customer parts to our tank records.
