AJT Finance Dashboard – End-User License Agreement

Licensor: Infini-D Alchemy, Inc. dba A.J. Tuck Company (“the Company”)

1. Scope. The AJT Finance Dashboard (“the Application”) is proprietary internal software of the Company. It is licensed, not sold, and only to the Company’s own owners, officers, and designated employees (“Authorized Users”).

2. Permitted use. Authorized Users may use the Application solely to view, review, and plan the Company’s own financial information as part of their duties.

3. Restrictions. No person may copy, distribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or make the Application or its data available to any party outside the Company.

4. Third-party services. The Application connects to QuickBooks Online under Intuit’s terms of service. Nothing in this agreement grants rights in Intuit’s software or trademarks.

5. Data. All financial data processed by the Application remains the property of the Company and is governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy.

6. No warranty. The Application is provided as is for internal use. The Company makes no warranty to any Authorized User regarding fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Termination. The Company may revoke any Authorized User’s access at any time.

8. Governing law. State of Connecticut, USA.
