​AJT Finance Dashboard – Privacy Policy

Operator: Infini-D Alchemy, Inc. dba A.J. Tuck Company (“the Company”)

The AJT Finance Dashboard is an internal application built and operated by the Company for its own use. It is not offered to the public, to customers, or to any third party.

What data the application accesses
Through the QuickBooks Online API, the application reads the Company’s own accounting records: chart of accounts, customers, vendors, items, invoices, bills, payments, purchases, deposits, journal entries, and financial reports. It does not access any other QuickBooks company.

How the data is used
The data is used solely for the Company’s internal financial reporting, bookkeeping review, cash-flow forecasting, and scenario planning.

Where the data is stored
Data is stored on servers owned and operated by the Company on its private network in Brookfield, Connecticut, USA. It is not transmitted to, stored with, or processed by any third party. Access is restricted to Company owners and designated staff through the Company’s single sign-on system.

Data sharing
The Company does not sell, rent, or share data obtained through QuickBooks Online with anyone. No advertising, analytics, or tracking services are used.

Retention and deletion
Data is retained for as long as the Company requires it for its own financial records. Disconnecting the application from QuickBooks Online revokes its access; stored copies may be deleted on request of a Company owner.

Security
QuickBooks credentials and tokens are stored outside the application’s source code in access-restricted locations. All traffic to Intuit uses TLS. The application’s ability to write to QuickBooks is disabled by default and enabled only by a Company owner, per capability, behind an approval step.
